Ajira Digital Program is an initiative driven by the government of Kenya. This is done through the Ministry of ICT, Innovations and Youth Affairs. This program, was set to empower and indeed it has empowered over one million young people who now have access to digital job opportunities. The government has delivered on its promise of making the lives of its people better and better. It has, and still, equips Kenyans with skills and knowledge that befit viable digital workers. Online work is no longer a fable. Many youths and Kenyans live to testify that indeed online work is work.

A new dawn. A new way of doing things. Youths have been greatly empowered through the official Ajira website(https://ajiradigital.go.ke/enroll ),where quality has embraced sustainability. This has led to a realization of a knowledge economy and the end process has been elimination of brokers who have for a very long time held the industry hostage. Thanks to the ever working government agencies. 



The results of this initiative have been awareness to many more youths ,access to infrastructure through Kazi connect centers,studio mashinani, innovation hubs among others, edification and imparting of skills and access to dignified work. The hinderances of work flow are being zeroed .Dignity at the door. 



Government digitization projects include the now underway free online digital classes, soon to be closed on 31st October 2020 .The successful applicants will then have till 31st December 2020 ,to complete their courses. Ten days to go. This would be your opportunity to change your life. Take it up.
